This morning i contacted Carefree dental regarding a payment, that was supposed to be taken out on the 15th. They took it out this morning.
Im not complaining about the service, just the billing practice. When this was set-up back in april, the gentlemen stated he would make sure the payments would be taken out on the 15th of every month. I spoke with a representative named Yannah and she talked to her supervisor a couple of times. The last time she didnt put me on hold or nothing, she sat the phone down and talked to her supervisor.
I heard her supervisor state clear as day that she has had it for months and is just now saying something about it! Im thoroughly disgusted with the level of professionalism that is in this company. I will not be using them again.
I was misinformed about the payments and treated like i was trash.. this supervisor just lost a paying customer.
