The CareerSafe customer service team answers any questions and assists with various matters Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, specialists process applications from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The mentioned schedule is indicated taking into account the Texas time zone, namely CT.
