New ReviewerOrdered on line 2 replacement key fobs. Neither worked because the back fob was missing critical metal ring and spring that connects to the lock/unlock and alarm buttons on the front.
Called the company, they offered a partial refund. Did not want to refund the initial ship charge. Granted it was only $3.51, but why should the customer pay for shipping when the product is defective? The customer service person was not helpful, he was not rude, he was just adamant that I had to pay the freight because he said the "warranty" has passed.
This is not a warranty issue-I never got to use the fobs- they were defective from the start. I disputed it with my cc company and got a refund for the freight. This company has horrific reviews on many sites for junk product, horrible customer no-service and general bad conduct as a business.
Don't use them for anything!!! Why would you lose a customer over $3.51 and have the wrath of a dissatisfied customer go to every complaint site they can find and blast your company's bad behavior?
