Caple Return Policy hope The User of Website are very happy with The User's purchase but of course there might be the need to return The Client's item. The returns process is quite simple whilst not affecting The User's statutory rights. Company's aim is to respond to all returns requests as soon as possible, but The Company do ask that any such requests are made via e-mail or by calling Website before products are returned. If The User wish to return an item to Website for whatever reason Caple request that this is done within 14 days of receipt along with original delivery details. The product must be packed in its original condition complete with any parts or documents. The Company will refund the price paid (directly to The Client's credit / debit card used in the original transaction) once the item has been inspected excluding any original postage costs. It is of course Company's intention for all products to arrive in good condition.
