Calibre Return Policy
Prices as marked. Please complete the Returns Form that The Client of Calibre received with Calibre's' order. Once Calibre have processed The User's return and/or exchange will email The Customer confirmation via email. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, altered & in original condition. Online purchases cannot be returned to Calibre's' Calibre Retail Stores. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, Calibre will not accept exchanges or refunds on underwear (except if faulty). Merchandise must have all Calibre swing tags still attached. The Client of Calibre will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for the return to Calibre. Returns/Exchanges must be prepaid and returned by a traceable method. Calibre recommends utilising registered mail when returning purchases. Calibre is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. For exchanges, Calibre will re-send The Client's exchanged item to The Customer free of shipping and handling charges.
