I placed an order online on August 23. The order was taking forever to ship so
I called in to have it cancelled.
Was told it couldnt be cancelled because a shipping label had already been created. I went into store to buy the product as it was for a gift and the online order wasnt going to arrive in time. I finally received the online order and promptly sent it back with the return label provided in the box. The order was sent back on September 5.
Now I know it doesnt take 23 days for UPS. There is absolutely no reason why I should still be waiting on my refund. I have sent in 3 separate emails (all with NO reply) and I have tried calling in multiple times but can never reach a representative. This is terrible customer service and an absolutely horrible customer experience for me.
I need an update on my refund immediately. Order Number: 792****
User's recommendation: horrible customer service and they do not follow their own refund policy.
Monetary Loss: $181.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
