Well, my experience as a UK customer has not been great.
To summarize, I placed my order on 22nd May and have been given two non-working tracking numbers. I've been waiting for my order for over 11 weeks now (12th August).
Like others, I've not had the best level of help from their customer service team (particularly Justine), so I've had to message "Moda Mike"* via reddit a number of times.
In our last communication he agreed to send a second reshipment, as neither my original shipment nor the reshipment tracking were working.
It's a shame, but due to the length of time, I've had to source some Moda from a UK based vendor. Twice the price, but it was next day delivery (I ordered on a Friday morning and received Saturday).
After 3 weeks, I hadn't received any tracking for the second BM reshipment and they grudgingly agreed to give me a refund (I paid bitcoin).
I've been waiting for that to arrive for a week now, so it looks like I'm going to have to chase them up on it as well!

Seriously, do not waste your time and energy, as it's a big gamble on getting your order. To stay safe, get in touch with the Norton Buyer Protection (on the BM site) within 30 days of your order and / or use a credit card for payment so you can do a chargeback.
User's recommendation: Use a different vendor! Avoid BM like the plague!
Monetary Loss: $268.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
BuyModa Cons: Terrible customer service, Tracking numbers do not work, Waiting over 11 weeks.
