Purchased a TruGlo Scope from them, and finally got to install it about a month later due to traveling for business. Upon opening the box, I noticed the windage turret did not work.

It just turned freely without any adjustments. I promptly called Buds call center to inquire about processing a return and getting a replacement. They told me in no uncertain terms that they wouldn’t help me and that I had to go to TruGlo for a warranty claim. I asked to speak with a manager and he also told me basically to go pound sand and d eat with Truglo.

Their policy according to both extremely rude customer “no service” reps is that you only have 10 days to return or ask for a replacement item. I have purchased quite a few items from Bud’s in the past, but I’m done with them!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $162.

Buds Gun Shop Cons: Rude customer service personnel, Customer service, Non-recognition of long-term customer.
