I ordered a shotgun from Bud's more than a month ago. I needed to get it by a certain date because I have to have some gunsmithing done to it before I use it in competition in April.
After several emails and online chats and calls to customer service, they "do apologize" but they still aren't ready to ship my gun, and they aren't saying if they even have it in stock --or if they had it in stock when they took my money. I cancelled the sale and now have to wait another week to get my money back. I will never do business with them again.
I am seeing many of these same complaints lately on this site and others. I have to wonder what is going on over at Bud's.
