I ordered a foregrip a week ago, which it says it takes up to 2-3 days and they gave me an invalid tracking number and have not updated me on my package since the 18th which it is now the 24th. I will never purchase another thing from this *** website

I had a similar experience. THeir response from Customer service was "your exception has been noted"...That's all.

Customer service did not even return call. But they still have my money. They used to be a much better company. They just grew too big too fast.

I have since closed my account with Bud's Gun Shop. I have had other bad experiences recently with them.
