I placed an order for a firearm advertised to be in new condition. The price was too good to be true -- got an email a day later saying there was a problem with my order and asking me to call back.
After 7 minutes on hold, they tell me the gun is really used and that their website contained an error and ask if I still want to continue with the order. Obviously, I do not expect them to sell me anything below their cost but at least an apology was in order (and maybe a coupon or something). I cancel the order but it turns out they are going to hold my money for 5 business days before refunding my payment. This is where I draw the line.
You mess up my order and then I have to wait for my refund? Never again, Bud's!
