I ordered a part I needed for my SilencerCo Osprey. When it arrived it wasn't round.

The box had been crushed by something very heavy and the part was now oval. Bud's told me to print out a label. I don't have printer or smart phone. Bud's you deal with it we'll pay back your shipping.

I live 15-20 miles from a UPS store. All they have to do is tell UPS to pick it up and they will. I've had several other companies do this with out any hesitation. All would be fine but Bud's can't be bothered helping a customer.

Save your self some aggravation and money in the long run. Go some place else.

Preferred solution: Have UPS come get the item for return..
