After calling to see why my order was taking so long to ship I was transferred to a "supervisor" named David. Since he did not like the fact that I was unhappy he canceled my order. I then got transferred to another "supervisor" named nick who continued to cancel my order after I repeatedly said I did NOT want it canceled I then asked what his title was with the company so I could make a proper complaint I was refused any information and hung up on twice my order was canceled and my money has yet to be refunded
