Seems to me that all these complaints generated by the buyer are because the buyer didn't inspect the firearm sent to him at the FFL before accepting delivery, the buyer was to stupid to know that warranty service is done with the manufacturer not the retailer, and not being patient in waiting for a resolution or not accepting the one they have been given. Bud's policies are laid out in black and white read them knucklehead.
I've been dealing with Bud's for several years and have twenty or more purchases to date. There are a few things I would change if I ran the company but overall each buy has been without a hiccup.
I deal with them because I get what I pay for and I follow the policy of the company so if there is an issue it will probably be my error not theirs.
