I have had a couple of problems with Buds. They would not look into the box of a waser 63 to tell me what it came with and told me to see the importer web site and what they say I get I get.

I did and it did not come with the things they said it did. When I disputed part of the charge then they actually started to call me back. I also did a price match and was told they would fix it when they charged my credit card full price. I was told they would now shut down my account and have the rifle shipped back.

Suck customer service. Going to Grabagun

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Buds Gun Shop Cons: Very poor customer service.
