I placed an order which was in stock at the time, they took my money, I received conformation, then I got an email indicating I need to call them that there was a problem. I called and was on hold for a half hour.

They said the product was out of stock. I said it was in stock when I ordered it. I said I will wait for the next shipment and they said I would have to pay the new price of the product when they get more in. They said it's not a rain check.

But they can exchange the product for me, so I asked for the next product closest to the one I ordered and they would not horror the original price.

So I said basically you are doing nothing to fix the situation other than refund my money... which will take 5 business days even though it took seconds for them to take it out of my account.
