Everything was resolved to my satifaction. I WILL purchase from Bud's in the future.

I purchased a gun using their layaway program, and paid by e-check so I wasn't charged their credit card fee. I finished paying for the gun and 8 days later, my account does NOT show it as paid. Shows as 'transaction pending'. Emailed the twice and got the same 'canned' email answer from a computer. Called on the phone and was asked if I was a 'Bud's Team Member'. clicked the number for NO and was put on hold.
I am still waiting for a person to talk to.
I guess to be considered a customer you have to pay an extra 30 bucks and be a team member.
SORRY bud's, I am NOT a JOINER and I will gladly spend my next 1000 dollar gun purchase at a place that treats me as a customer.
