Don't buy your AC system from this company! I was sent the wrong replacement part and Hector will not return my call.
I was told by one of the staff he won't answer his phone when customers call. So I have a non working ac unit I spent 1600 dollars on. I am going to take further action to get this part replaced or my money refunded. The receptionist was no help when I called and she says Hector is the only person who handles warranties.
So good luck getting parts if needed. They only care about your money and not the customer. If you need a replacement place you will have to pay additional monies to get the part. It is not free.
Even though your system is under warranty.
You pay shipping depending on what the part is. Something they do not tell you.
User's recommendation: Customers should purchase there unit elsewhere.
