I just cannot find words. Claim made by my Chase Sapphire card for trip reimbursement.

Ms. Judy King, the insurance representative for Broadspire, is consistently so sour, so rude. It has taken a year to begin to address my claim, and after giving incomplete or unclear (or contradictory) instructions, she holds you responsible for not understanding them. Really the worst customer service experience I have ever, ever had in my 45 years.

She treats the customer like a criminal from the get-go.

This is definitely not a job for this woman, who should retire or be relocated, possibly to the mail room. It seems that in the past year, Chase Sapphire has since found a different company to represent these claims, and with good reason.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
