You are welcome to visit senior representatives at headquarters to discuss a complex matter. To ensure someone is available, please make an appointment in advance. You can talk to a Brivity customer service agent during operational hours. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Customer service is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Although you cannot talk with an agent outside these hours, you can still email customer service or request that someone contact you as soon as possible via the website.

The Brivity website is available 24 hours a day and serves as your online link to customer service. When you visit the website and click “Contact Us,” a page will appear with details about how to contact us.
