I been a boxycharm subscriber since May 2018. I didn't receive my February box.

I contacted them and they had me going in circles. They had me contact Fedex to see what happened. Fedex told me that a shipping label was created by boxycharm but no box was ever sent to fedex to get delivered. My tracking information is still under pending.

Boxy charm told me they would resend a box and that it would last 10 days. Still a month later i have nothing. It is now March and i still have not received my March box. I contacted Fedex again and they told me the same thing.

My tracking number shows it as pending. Only the shipping label is being created but nothing is being sent out by boxycharm. Seems like this is happening A LOT. If you follow them on social media there is a lot of people complaining with the same issue.

Sounds like its becoming a scam from Boxycharm to just take your money.

If they had better customer service they would be an awesome company because all the previous boxes i received i absolutely love. BOXYCHARM please better your customer service!!!!!!
