I payed for the three months box option back in february and they quickly charged my account. They promise a tracking number mid month letting me know the box was on its way and I never received it nor the box.

I reached out to them and they refunded me for the month of February when I asked for the whole reimbursement. It’s the end of March and I haven’t received anything in regards to this month’s box. I emailed them and didn’t receive a rey, emailed again and got told they were having issues delivering to my address (this is the excuse that has been given to a bunch of other people complaining about not receiving the box as well) they had the correct address and I haven’t had any issues with any other correspondence.

Emailed them back asking for a full refund and I’m awaiting the reply! I greatly regret ever getting involved with this company!!
