I got a notification that my boxy charm has been delivered because I've been tracking them every since they sent me an email that its been shipped and when I went to go check the mail today it wasn't there. what can I do?

The same thing happen to me and customer service can care less. Thank God it was my last box with them.

Really disappointed and angry with how careless everyone has been with providing answers as to where the missing box is. If it was put in the wrong mailbox there is no way that any of my neighbors will be giving it back to me so I'm out $21+ dollars.
