Signed up on december 10th for a christmas present for the wife. She only wanted 1 month worth.
Christmas came and went. Their website states it would ship in 5 to 10 days. Plenty of time for christmas right? Nope.
Didnt hear a thing. Emailed them around the 30th of december. Heard back on january 4th through email saying sorry, then they. Charged me for the january box.
I didnt cancel because i wanted to see where my first box was, then they charged me early for the next one. Today january 7th they said theu hadnt shipped my december box yet, but they are still charging me for january. I asked them to just cancel and refund. I was told no refunds or exchanges, then gave me a tracking number for my december box which will arrive january 12.
3 weeks after promised.
I am going to refuse the deliveries and file with my card company.
