They sent me a face palette (the most anticipated item in the box) that didn’t cater to my skin tone. I’ve sent 3 emails over the past 5 days with no response.

If they can’t cater to their customers then they shouldn’t include a skin specific item. Why did we fill out our beauty profile? Why did I upgrade to luxe? It’s a joke.

I’m ending my subscription. They made no effort to make this right

They did however say that some people did get the wrong item based off your quiz. & because they don't have enough to replace them with the correct shade they gave you free charms (4,500) to use in the charm room.

They should have emailed you about it.

Hope that helps. I know this sucks.
