this was more my fault then anything but i signed up may 31st at like 11:50pm or something stupid like that and they took the payment but then like 6 hours later took a other payment on june 1st. they took a payment of $37 & then $35 .

i just figured id atleast get 1 box in my hand first before they would take a second payment.

or that they would consider me signing up 10 minutes before the 1st of june as me signing up FOR june and NOT may. they said it was my fault and nothing they could do.

They cut off at 7pm. Like if you pay may 3q at 659 you get may box, but if you pay at 7 you get June's. If they took 2 payments you need to contact customer service, but it sounds like you didn't subscribe to a real boxycharm by the time thing and that boxy is $21 per month not 37 and 35
