Don't use the label they give you to ship returns back through USPS! Only use UPS!

Over a year ago I sent back about $88.00 worth of clothing using the label they provide. Post office tracking said it got there BP said sorry no it did not. Too bad. I never recouped my money.

Since then I have used UPS to send back their often hit or miss clothes. No problem, usually an email within 3 days saying they received and are processing return. I start to think maybe postal service is the problem and when I have a rather large shipment to send back I decide to use the smart label but get delivery confirmation. GUESS what!?

It's been there for well over a week but not according to Boston Proper. What a nightmare.

I will be writing letters and so should everyone who has this happen. I used Amex so I will be contacting them as well.

Monetary Loss: $500.

I have had the same problem with two returns recently! This is unacceptable. I am out $$$.
