Sure enough, they were there when we got off the plane, holding up a sign that says 'Book It' - they asked for our voucher which we printed from our booking email. There was only 1 voucher and they kept it.
When it was time to go back to the airport we had NO documentation or a phone number to call for a pick up. The hotel said to call a cab and tell the cab driver that a 'Book It' representative would reconcile with him once we reached the airport. But no rep in site.
Cab driver wanted payment of course so we paid for our round trip transfer TWICE basically. No instructions at all for our transfer back to the airport!!
