Made reservations for a Las Vegas trip and was promised two free tickets to a show. I had 72 hrs to confirm these tickets.

I used the voucher provided well within 48 hrs and it did not work. I was instructed to call MGM grand and when I did I was told this voucher had expired. Well after 5 phone calls over four months I was finally told I would not get any tickets.

I can afford any tickets I want, it's just the principle. Won't be booking through this company again and will advise anyone not to use.

Monetary Loss: $250.
