Bonchon - URGENT
Dear Bonchon Corporate Team,
I am writing to formally notify you of a serious fraud incident involving a website representing itself as Bonchon.
On April 7, 2026, my wife attempted to place an order through what appeared to be an official Bonchon online ordering platform. During checkout, she was prompted to enter her banking information.
Shortly after doing so, an unauthorized wire transfer totaling $10,000 was initiated from her account without her knowledge or consent.
This matter has been reported to our financial institution, and a fraud investigation is currently underway. We have also initiated reports with federal authorities, including the FTC and FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
Given the direct connection between this fraudulent activity and a Bonchon-branded website experience, we are requesting your immediate attention and cooperation in this matter.
Specifically, we request:
- Confirmation of all official Bonchon domains and authorized third-party ordering platforms
- Verification of whether any Bonchon systems, vendors, or integrations have experienced a recent compromise or security incident
- Immediate internal investigation into potential phishing, spoofing, or unauthorized duplication of your website or payment systems
- Preservation of any relevant logs, records, or transaction data that may assist in identifying the responsible party
If this incident involves a fraudulent website impersonating your brand, we urge Bonchon to take immediate action to protect consumers and prevent further harm.
Please treat this matter with urgency.
We expect acknowledgment of this notice and a response outlining next steps within 24-48 hours.
We are prepared to cooperate fully and provide any additional information required. I can be reached via email.
Sincerely,
RichardA

This is a third party site. This is not official contact for Bonchon.
This is also not the way to formally do anything. You have a lot of nerve demanding action, much less setting a 2 day deadline. Your request for an apology is laughable.
Maybe you and your wife should take some responsibility and examine your online habits. Like why you would come here to a public site visited by three million people each month and post your name, location and phone number (attempted).
