Bonanza - Tried to Close or Cancel my Membership Account
It has taken 4 months to finally get someone to close my account! This company doesn't take the time to respond to complaints. They also kept billing me during the process over those 4 months for seller fees.
All the purchases made through Paypal on Bonanza were refunded to their customers right away and notes were sent stating I had cancelled my account, but still I received an order every month through November.....when finally someone contacted me so my account could be cancelled. It should only a few days not 4 months to cancel an account with someone.
This company's lack of responsiveness is terrible and shouldn't be doing business. I wouldn't recommend doing with business with them or having an account with them.
