I purchased and item and I never got it. I contacted the seller who sold me the item through Bonanza and never got back to me.

Bonanza did absolutely nothing to help me out. They basically pointed me to contact the seller. I tried repeatedly to contact the seller but I never got any response.

I got to the conclusion that I will never got my money back.

They also pointed me to open a claim with PayPal.

What upset me more than anything is that they made no intention to contact the seller, at least they never informed me that they did and what they had to say. There are a lot of pirates on this site and I will never buy anything else from this web site.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $9.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
