Product or Service Mentioned: Bonanza Account.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $70.

Preferred solution: Just reduce my plan, that is all I have been sending messages about for 2 weeks. 1 sale in 1 month with 4200 listings for a $70 loss is absurd..

Bonanza Pros: Selling elsewhere.

Bonanza Cons: Horrendous lack of customer service.

I was new to Bonanza and purchased 2 different orders (on the same day from the same seller)... totaling ~ $150 on 3/9/19 First product received was a knock-off fake.

A 2nd purchase has NOT been shipped (14 days), I complained and left negative feedback. Now, I can't sign into my account.

Imagine that! Thank GOODNESS for Paypal and its protections!
