Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $70.
Preferred solution: Just reduce my plan, that is all I have been sending messages about for 2 weeks. 1 sale in 1 month with 4200 listings for a $70 loss is absurd..
I liked: Selling elsewhere.
I didn't like: Horrendous lack of customer service.
