Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I ordered a two products from Bonanza vendors, best price I could find. Showing in stock, I purchased and later received an email stating it was out of stock, nicely worded and a refund was offered.

Then when I asked for a refund they had difficulty 'processing' the refund. Two weeks later I get an email it shipped! Assuming it was back in stock, I waited for my mom to be surprised (sent to her address). I waited a few weeks, asked her and no gift.

I got no tracking info as promised and asked for a refund again. I ordered from another Bonanza vendor later (just assuming I got one bad apple in the barrel) the very same item, another email it was out of stock and did I want a refund? Yes, then trouble processing the refund... that vendor did send me screenshots showing the difficulty but I was told by Paypal and my credit card company that all was well and should be no problem with vendor refunds.

Thank goodness I checked out with Paypal on both, called Paypal and they opened a claim on each, should have the funds back in 10 days.

I've never had an issue with Ebay or Amazon ordering lots of things.... No more BONANZA for me!
