Ask Community about Bomb Pop

I brought a box of your original bomb pops and my teenage son said he open the box and all of them was open but two of them and he had to throw them away I tried to tell the store and they told me they was nothing they could do I could not get my money back bc the box was not open when I brought them it was just the ice cream rapper inside for me to contact the companies about it that they could not do anything or give me a refund. So can you refund me or give me a coupon for a new box please.
