Bolthouse Farms bottle Bolthouse Farms's' juice daily in Company's state-of-the-art bottling facility located in the San Joaquin Valley of California. Bolthouse Farms's' juice must be kept refrigerated below 41°F at all times. Always store juice below 41° F in a refrigerator. Some nutrients degrade due to heat during the "Flash Pasteurization" process.
