Bob Mills Furniture - Horrible experience
First salesman I dealt with was rude and hostile. I requested another salesperson and the man yanked his business card out of my 13 year old Childs hand that it left a paper cut.
That should have been a sign for the *** poor service. Purchased the furniture on a Tuesday could not get it delivered until Saturday. Saturday came around and the delivery men did not have the proper bed rails to put the bed together. Spoke to the general manager here in OKC she was full of apologies and said they couldn't get out until Tuesday to rectify the mistake.
Today is Tuesday and the new delivery person did not have everything to put the bed together and used temporary parts until the situation was corrected. Spoke to the general manager once again and she acted as if I should not be upset. She told me that the temporary bed parts are better than the originals and I should be happy with that.
My daughter gets on her bed and it tries to spring forward so either the general manager is trying to save face or I have purchased some high dollar piece of ***. Now waiting on the original pieces.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
