We were told that total installation would be around a month but in reality it took 2 months for whole process to be completed. We had stated that we wanted to cancel pool because we couldn't afford but they continued to say that we could.

On day of installation we had to call installer to see where he was because he didn't show up on time. He told us then that would be at our house with in the hour however 4 hours later he was still not there and we had to call him back and see where he was.

I took off the whole day from work but could of actually worked since he wasn't on time.

Monetary Loss: $8500.

So Me, why do you assume that people knew about this site and saw your post before having trouble with the pool? You're being just as rude to the people you claim to want to help.

And at this point you look more like an angry ex employee.

Not like a concerned individual. You're just as bad as the claims you're making!
