Sales department is great. Move to finance part.

They were rude not friendly at all. Never called back. We had to call them. Got approved.

No commutation on when they will but it up. Finally got the date to put up. After about 2 weeks had issues called them never got an answer or results. We closed it down for the winter.

Then now we have issues. *** in the liner up under the pool. Call service department. They were rude.

Manager never called never helped us. Just said we are the homeowners we need to deal with it. I don’t recommend blue world at all.

They just take your money and screw you. And by the way the pool is less than a year old.
