I ordered a Plantronics Voyager Edge Bluetooth headset. They sent me an imitation product.
Then when I asked for a refund, they initially delayed in providing me with a return authorization. Once they provided that, the shipping costs to return it was 1/3'd the cost of the item.
When I challenged them to be honorable and refund my money for the obvious imitation item and to stand behind the products they're selling on their site, they just responded with "Noted".
I've attached the photos of the item I received compared to the real Voyager Edge, of which I already own.
(I wanted a 2nd one). The last photo is a picture of this item on their website.
Guess the phony!
User's recommendation: Do not buy anything on this site. They are selling imitation products, made in China.
Monetary Loss: $125.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
