An order was mistakenly placed by a family member after asked to merely place it in the cart for review before purchase. Sent a request to cancel the order 6 minutes after it was placed, and over 7 hours before shipping confirmation.

Yet their response was "Sorry mate, we have a hidden term and condition 63 stating all orders are FINAL". Not letting a customer cancel an order immediately after it's placed is a reflection of terrible customer service that are using a predatory practice to make a quick buck.

Oh yeah and their excuse is that the order has already been shipped, which is absurd since no company on the planet ships within minutes of ordering, that's nonsense to avoid giving a refund.

Then they concluded with "Sorry to hear you disagree with our policies and we cannot provide an answer to your satisfaction on this occasion."

So customers beware and know that your dealing with a company that'll do anything to squeeze a few bucks out of customers.

User's recommendation: Realize you'll never get a refund.

Monetary Loss: $132.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
