I ordered flowers for a work colleague's funeral through a website that was on the person's obituary page. I received an e-mail notification that my delivery was on it's way.

I wanted to verify delivery so I called the funeral home directly. I was informed that they had not received anything. I then contacted Blooms Today and they stated that they "forgot" about the delivery! Since viewing hours and the funeral had already passed they said they would deliver a bouquet to my office so I could deliver them.

Much to my dismay (and anger) when I opened the box of flowers over half of them were already dead! There was no way I could deliver the bouquet that was sent. So, I drove to the closest florist and bought flowers and delivered them myself.

Do not use this company, Blooms Today. It is not worth the trouble or embarrassment.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $89.
