These items are handmade by a kid who is being forced to sew but doesnt know how! Lord shut this site down!

BerryLook Returns & Exchange page states that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, the product can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, BerryLook will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. BerryLook representative will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact BerryLook at service@berrylook.com.

To be eligible, please make sure that the product is in its original packaging and the product isn't used or damaged. BerryLook does not accept any request of exchange & return once the "specials" are sold.
