I purchased a handbag at the end
of December and decided I didn't
want it. I called customer service
to have it stopped before it got
shipped and it was shipped
I filed the return and
when it came in, I didn't open it. I
went to FedEx right away to return to return it. I got it back this week saying
they couldn't return it because all
the items that came with it were
missing. That's funny since it was
clear I never opened it.
When I called
customer service, they said they
would have to talk to a manager to
see if they could take it back.
It's funny because I'm in a
Marketing class talking about
companies that are customer-
obsessed and how they are the
most successful... ex..
Zappos. This is the example I'm
using for my class of 200 of a
company that doesn't give a crap
about the consumer when there is
so many choices in shopping retail.
What a horrible company that I
imagine is constantly losing
customers because of their
User's recommendation: Do not shop here unless your 100% sure you are keeping the product.
Monetary Loss: $2123.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
