Bella Collina homes are a TRAP of $80,000 and $5,000 a year

5 of 5 Bella Collina reviews

Bella Collina potential home buyers BEWARE: Many unhappy home buyers" Bella Collina have to pay $40,000 to $80,000 for "membership" and $5,000 every year for almost worthless service or return on top of association fees. It's not really a SCAM but it's a TRAP The real estate agent and the homeowner do not really mention it until late and then you are trapped into a $80,000 TRAP No wonder houses in Bella Collina that were worth $6 million fell to $2 million and lost 60% to 80% of their value.

Rather than being an asset, though, the piece of dirt in the Bella Collina country club near Montverde has become a liability. The property is so buried in property-association debt from previous owners that The Housing League LLC may have to give it back to developers and face losing tens of thousands of dollars it spent to stay current on taxes and association dues.

You need to do your research buddy, there are no cheap houses at Bella Collina. You seem really concerned with Bella Collina and all the old disproven news stories. Apparently you live there or wished you lived there. I think I know the answer though.

Let's create a new post with some more information and examples and and friend from the web to help explain you better what being TRAPPED into an agreement feels like.
Maybe I am wrong, so I will post it widely on the web and ask the public if they think that buying a cheap house of $500,000 in Bella Collina and having to pay an additional $80,000 membership + $10,000 a year forever is TRAPPED.
I would ask them if they think that not being able to ever get out of this agreement is a SCAM or not and let's see what they think.

Anonymous, do you live in Bella Collina? If so, did you read your governing documents when you bought there?

Mr. Moules, I looked and I could not find in any advertising of Bella Collina homes that you MUST pay an additional $80,000 and about $10,000 a a year.
If you don't like it, can you stop paying it and stop using the club? If not, some can feel like Bella Collina home buying is a TRAP and some can feel like a SCAM.

This posting was done by the internet conn guy DON JURVIN.
Google his name and you will see what kind of trouble he is in with the Federal Government. They have frozen all of his assets and as a result he is defaulting on his bills. The Feds publicly stated that JURAVIN "has an adversarial relationship with the truth". NO ONE TRUSTS OR LIKES THIS SCCUMBAG DON JURAVIN.

I think that forcing people to pay $80,000 downpayment and $5,000 a year in Bella Collina is not really a SCAM or a FRAUD but it's ***.
These properties are BAD and no wonder that out of 900 lots only 40 homes are really occupied, if what I read is correct.

I was considering this Bella Collina about a year ago as a move from Tampa but I heard that the new management are scam bags.
I was shocked to hear that from the real estate lady that was also living in it. She mentioned that the people that run Bella Collina are like mafia gang and threaten people.
It was weird to have someone wanting to sell you the house and also telling you that the Bella Collina property management either scamming people or squeezing people for money in various ways.
I felt for those that lost millions of dollars there.
