THE SELLER KNOWS HOW TO 'WORK' YOUR SYSTEM.
THE SELLER DELIBERATELY RAN ME OUT OF TIME TO AVOID REPAYING ALL MY MONIES!! SELLER KNOWS HOW TO WORK THE EBAY SYSTEM.
In early August 2022 I ordered Toe Nail clippers from these people = https://order.ebay.co.uk/ord/show?orderId=13-0896*-***24#/
The toe nail clippers were faulty.
There was no way I could get them to open.Several others tried too. I did ask at one time if they were seconds. No reply. All is at messages on My eBay.
Had sooo much hassle from them.
Wanting my email address for one. Refused and used eBay for contact. Gave them every opportunity to reply. No replies, until,I emailed again to say I would be requesting postage as well, as,the item was faulty and I was having to return through no fault of my own.
I was sent £3.30 postage,and,that is all.
To date these people owe me £5.34.
Item cost £6.59
Return postage cost £2.05 a total of £8.64.
Minus £3.30 paid for the postage = £5.34 they STILL owe me!!
These people are a complete nightmare to be honest. Some male,in the beginning,sent me their address. I used this to send the item back,as my printer has issues. I have kept everything in a file.
Will add the postage receipts, which gives the date of item returned as 24/8/2022.
Am disabled,so have to wait till someone could collect and send for me.
Did inform them of all this, and sent copy of receipts to them as well, to no avail.
I would appreciate help in getting all my monies returned to me. Thank-you.
User's recommendation: avoid at all costs.
