I purchased 4 Barcaloungers about 2 years ago.Two of them were for my kids and the other two for my wife and myself.

Well one of the loungers frame failed recently and I send the information in to order/replace the broken frame piece. The response has been lackluster at BEST. The company keeps telling me they are waiting for a response from the factory for a replacement part timeline. So after waiting 2 months and still no response from the factory, I assume the so called warranty is a waste!!

I have no other choice other than purchase new chairs and toss these in the trash.

I encourage any one contemplating a purchase that buyer beware.If you require any warranty, you may have to wait months and months and months even possible years for the manufacturer to respond to any possible warranty......
