My sister died in August and I have been jumping through hoops trying to get her funds released. Always another needed document. Always the same script from BOA reps. 5-10 business days until I have to hear the same thing from another one. I've sent everything twice.

Her two orphaned boys have savings the bank won't release. It's not BOA's money. You can tell it's scripted by the indifference in their voices.

"Oh, I'm so sorry for your loss." I guess our loss is their gain. Are they starving? I hope karma comes calling.

My poor sister worked so hard for her money and they think it's theirs.

Shame on you.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $22000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Withholding funds.
