the system does not remember my password, even this evening attempting to get in to my account, my pass word was not recognized so it prompted me to create another, so I put in my last known password and the system tells me that I can not used the last 5 used passwords, which tell me the system knew my password, so I go and create another, which then tells me my new password is good and for me to go and sign in, so I go and sign into my account and the system tells me that my password is not correct, now I do this process 5 times and get the same result's, finally I have to call BA and the wait time is 30 to 40 minutes, so I prompt the call back opinion, and I finally get some help, which also I learned the "." is no longer allowed to be used in the password, would be nice if we the customers were informed of this new or in my case, the ruling

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: get the system fixed or hire personnel that can do their jobs.

I didn't like: Makes you pay for unauthorized charges.

Your run on sentence on its own is enough to show you're too stupid to have a bank account that requires some thinking. Sounds like you're too dumb to remember your password and have changed it multiple times. How about this, change the password, write it down and pin it to your coat along with your mittens so you don't lose it this time.
