I saw a false charge on my account. Called the number on the back of my BOA card.

Put on hold for 15 minutes, a person came on and asked me what was the issue, after telling him about a disputed charge from some unknown vendor, he said he would connect me to to another department and got I the same terrible lame music and messages I was getting before being forwarded on. I'm Still on hold and now after 40 minutes total without a live person to speak to. I will cancel this Bank of America card as soon as this is resolved.

They are terrible and the annoying repeated messages are stupid. BOA sucks.

I liked: Long wait.

I didn't like: Long wait time.

I sat on hold with my CU for about the same time the last time I had an issue. Just sayin'..
